Online Adult ADHD Group (Daytime)

The adult ADHD group provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for adults to come and explore what it means to have a diagnosis of ADHD, and to get help and support with issues arising in their everyday lives.

Virtual Girls Group for Existing Attendees

The ‘Girls Group’ is a creative and nurturing space for young women. The online group will aim to help the girls understand their diagnosis and learn strategies to help them manage. It will be a focused session based on a topic decided in advance. Karen will contact existing members with dates.
