CAAS has a range of support services for ADHD / autistic young people, aged 8 to 25.

Youth Quiz Group

ADHD/autistic residents of North-West London, ages 11-14
3rd Monday of the month, 6:30 – 7:30 pm
A fortnightly online social quiz group for young people. Meet other neurodiverse teens while testing your quizzical knowledge against one another in a range of topics from movies, music, geography, general knowledge and your special interests!
Film Group Younger

ADHD/autistic residents of North-West London, ages 14-17
3rd Wednesday of the month, 5:00 – 8:00pm
Film Group for young people aged 14 – 17 years combining the opportunity to socialise and meet new people in a safe and supportive environment, whilst enjoying a takeaway. Films are suggested by the young people and chosen to facilitate discussion afterwards.
Cost: £5 for takeaway / £20 for outings. Places must be booked in advance.
Film Group Older

ADHD/autistic residents of North-West London, ages 17-22
4th Friday of the month, 6:00 – 9:00pm
Our film groups provide the opportunity to combine socialising and meeting new people of a similar age in a safe and supportive environment, whist enjoying a takeaway. Films are suggested by the young people and chosen to facilitate discussion afterwards.
Cost: £5 for takeaway / £20 for outings. Places must be booked in advance.

Through games, quizzes, arts/crafts and discussion, this group gives ADHD/autistic young adults the opportunity to develop friendships and connections with other people as well as increase their understanding of what being neurodivergent means to them. Places must be booked in advance.
Social Group Plus

1st Tuesday of the month, 4:30 – 6:00 pm

Through games, quizzes, arts/crafts and discussion, this group gives ADHD/autistic young adults the opportunity to develop friendships and connections with other people as well as increase their understanding of what being neurodivergent means to them. Places must be booked in advance.
Meet-Up Group

1st Wednesday of the month, 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
Through games, quizzes, arts/crafts and discussion, this group gives ADHD/autistic young adults the opportunity to develop friendships and connections with other people as well as increase their understanding of what being neurodivergent means to them. Places must be booked in advance.
Nurture Group

2nd Tuesday of the month, 6:00 – 7:30 pm
A calm space to meet people and explore interests like creative projects, friendships, wellbeing, and everyday life challenges in an inclusive way. While the group is for high school ages, we keep the focus on topics that feel nurturing and positive. All you need to be is yourself!
Thinking About Adulthood

Variable dates; contact for information
A monthly online forum for young autistic people to explore what it means to become an adult. During the teen years there’s a lot of talk about ‘growing up’ and ‘being an adult’ without really discussing what that means. These monthly sessions will provide a safe place to explore and ask those important questions, work through any worries about ‘growing up’ and think about what ‘being an adult’ means.
Creative Club

ADHD/autistic residents of North-West London, ages 8-12 and 12-15
Monthly on a Saturday
These monthly groups will feature creative activities such as music or art. The groups will enable those who face isolation a place to meet like-minded peers in a place that feels safe, secure and accepting of difference. You may be asked to create something in advance to discuss and share during the session.
Siblings' Group (for neurotypical siblings ony)

Neurotypical siblings of ADHD/Autistic young people; residents of NW London
CAAS Centre and Bay20 Community Space, 71 St Marks Rd, London, W10 6JG
Our siblings group is designed to support siblings of ADHD/Autistic children or young people. The group will give siblings an opportunity to gain understanding of the conditions so that they can better understand their sibling, fostering better relationships. The group will involve a mix of talking and activities. For neurodiverse children, please see our other groups and services.
